Shipping policies

At Three Paws, we do our best to get your goodies mailed out as soon as possible.

Our current processing time (time from order date to ship date) is approximately 5 - 10 business days, but we always try to ship out as soon as possible.

During the high volume holiday seasons, please allow for additional time for your order to be processed.

Feel free to reach out to us if you need your order by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, this is not guaranteed, we always strive for you to be 100% satisfied and understand the importance of receiving your orders in time for seasonal festivities throughout these holiday months.

**USPS may be experiencing delays due to the ongoing pandemic, so please keep that in mind as well. 

Three Paws is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during its shipment to you.

  • Domestic Shipping

    All domestic packages ship via USPS first class mail or priority mail; which typically delivers (1 - 3 days). Standard Shipping rates apply based on weight and location. We offer express shipping for an additional fee.

  • International Shipping

    We ship worldwide! However, we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Three Paws is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fees/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs. 

    For international shipping, we charge a flat rate of $25 for orders under $100, and will take 1 - 4 weeks to arrive. Orders over $100+ will ship free.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    Three Paws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package claim delivered but has not arrived, please initiate a claim with the shipping provider chosen at checkout.
