Shipping Policy

At Three Paws, we do our best to get your goodies mailed out as soon as possible.

Processing times typically take 2 - 3 business days, unless otherwise expressed on our social media or website. (7 - 10 days max)

**USPS may be experiencing delays due to the ongoing pandemic, so please keep that in mind as well. 

Three Paws is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during its shipment to you.

If your package has shipped and you've entered the incorrect address, and it is returned to the sender we do require you to pay for shipping a second time to have the package reshipped.

  • Shipping within US

    Standard Shipping rates apply based on weight and location. We offer several shipping options available via USPS - Priority Mail shipping takes (1 - 3 days), Standard Mail (3 - 4 days), First Class Mail (5 - 8 days). 

  • Shipping to Canada

    Standard shipping to Canada is $10.00 and could take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks. Orders over $50 ship free to Canada. 

  • Shipping Internationally

    International Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $25 for orders under $100, and will take 1 - 4 weeks to arrive. Orders over $100 ship free.

    Please note, Three Paws is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.
