All products are a labor of love, and we are incredibly proud of the products in our shop and want to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee!

If you are not satisfied with any of your products, please send me an email at info@threepawsbandi.com and we'll be here to help!

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from when a product is received for products that are not used and in new condition, or I’m happy to offer store credit for you to purchase something else in our shop. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

If your product arrived damaged in any way, please email us your order details along with a description and photo(s) of the item's condition and we will send you a new package.
