I know this can happen from time to time. Please contact me as soon as you realize that your address is incorrect. If your order has not shipped, we can do our best to correct your address.
If your package has shipped and you've entered the incorrect address, and it is returned to the sender we do require you to pay for shipping a second time to have the package reshipped.

Our current processing time (time from order date to ship date) is approximately 5 - 10 business days, but we always try to ship out as soon as possible.
During the high volume holiday seasons, please allow for additional time for your order to be processed.
Feel free to reach out to us if you need your order by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, this is not guaranteed, we always strive for you to be 100% satisfied and understand the importance of receiving your orders in time for seasonal festivities throughout these holiday months.

I’m sorry this happened, but this can happen from time to time.
Three Paws it not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, or missing packages - we count on USPS to deliver your package once it leaves our shop. Once it leaves my hands it is out of my control. If the postal service loses your package, you can contact your local post office or file a claim at www.usps.com.

If your product arrived damaged in any way, please email us your order details along with a description and photo(s) of the item's condition and we will send you a new package.

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer free returns for up to 14 days on all eligible items. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it arrived. Please visit our return policy for more details.

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from when a product is received. Full refund returns are only for products that are not used and in new condition. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Learn More
