How should I wash my Bandana?

Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle and tumble dry or low air dry. Be cautious that some colors can bleed with warm water. Feel free to iron your bandana.

If you have a "Personalized" Bandana, each design is hand printed, and heat set for a permanent bond; so I recommend a hand wash or spot clean. But we do not recommend ironing your bandana.

How should I determine the right size?

Please ensure proper sizing of your dog's neck, by measure the circumference around your dog’s neck. Make sure to leave at least 1 inch for comfort. Each Bandana & Bowtie sizing dimensions is located on sizing guide page. All of our bandanas run larger than most bandanas, for extra comfort.

What should I do if I forgot to personalize my bandana?

No problem! Just shoot me an email, and I will adjust your order, and send you an invoice for the add on cost of $5. Please make sure to include your order #, so that I can make sure the right bandana is personalized.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping, if you spend over $50 and live in the US or Canada. For international orders, free shipping is available if you spend over $100

Where do you ship? How much is shipping?

Three Paws is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during its shipment to you.

All orders typically process in 5 - 10 business days, and are shipped out via USPS. We offer several shipping options available for orders within the US via USPS - Priority Mail shipping takes (3 - 4 days), First Class Mail (6 - 10 days) or sooner.

Standard shipping to Canada is $15.00 and will take 1-4 weeks. Orders over $50 ship free to Canada.

We offer International Shipping to 54 other countries for a flat rate of $25 and will take 1-4 weeks. Orders over $100 ship free.

Please note, Three Paws is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.

Please note USPS may be experiencing delays due to the ongoing pandemic, so please keep that in mind as well.

If your package has shipped and you've entered the incorrect address, and it is returned to the sender we do require you to pay for shipping a second time to have the package reshipped.

What happens if my order says delivered, but I did not receive it?

I’m sorry this happened, but this can happen from time to time.

Three Paws it not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, or missing packages - we count on USPS to deliver your package once it leaves our shop. Once it leaves my hands it is out of my control. If the postal service loses your package, you can contact your local post office or file a claim at www.usps.com.

What happens if I entered the wrong address or apt # in my shipping information?

I know this can happen from time to time. Please contact me as soon as you realize that your address is incorrect. If your order has not shipped, we can correct your address.

Do you accept returns?

All products are a labor of love, and we are incredibly proud of the products in our shop and want to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee!

If you are not satisfied with any of your products, please send me an email at info@threepawsbandi.com and we'll be here to help! We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from when a product is received. Full refund returns are only for products that are not used and in new condition. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Learn More

If your product arrived damaged in any way, please email us your order details along with a description and photo(s) of the item's condition and we will send you a new package.
